Self-Help Enterprises (SHE) proposes to build upon the work already completed for planning water development projects in rural San Joaquin Valley communities and also take on new water projects in underserved areas. By implementing existing action plans, as well as developing a roadmap for new projects, SHE will be sowing the seeds for community health by addressing the basic need for clean water through providing technical assistance for some of the San Joaquin Valley's most needy communities.
