The Tulare Basin Wildlife Partners (TBWP) propose to provide planning assistance for regional environmental needs and will focus on three deliverables: 1) the creation and implementation of an outreach plan involving environmental restoration projects under the San Joaquin Valley Regional Water Plan; 2) assist the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG) and other public-private entities in creating a conservation bank of purchased land tracts; and 3) the creation of a comprehensive fundraising plan to continue these efforts within a 10-year period.
