Cherylee Wegman, of Wasco, was appointed to the Partnership Board in July 2017. Wegman has served on the Wasco City Council since 1998. In 2001, she had the distinct honor to serve as the City’s first female Mayor. Wegman is on the board of directors of the Association of California Cities Allied with Prisons and serves on the Kern Council of Governments Board of Directors. Wegman is currently a community resource manager for the Kern Valley State Prison.
